How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States, but we are working on expanding to international destinations soon. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please note that customs fees and import duties may apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kidsblooms.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Some items, such as baby bodysuits, socks, and clearance items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@kidsblooms.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
