Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after Kids Blooms confirms acceptance and successfully processes the payment.

We may reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, product unavailability, address restrictions, or quantity limitations.

If we reject or cancel a paid order, we will notify you using the contact information provided during checkout and issue any applicable refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after fulfillment processing has begun.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of genuine errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by fulfillment location, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the affected order for a refund.

Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact support@kidsblooms.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, website design, and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to Kids Blooms and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Kids Blooms, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Kids Blooms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
